PSA: A lunch composed entirely of snack foods qualifies as a legit meal. Not only are these mix-and-match spreads simple to assemble but they also usually offer a little something for everyone in a picky crowd. Customizing as desired, aim for a combo of fresh fruit and veggies, a lean protein (like hummus), a crunchy carb (like pretzel thins), and maybe some chunks of cheese. No need to overthink it.
