Cherry tomatoes

Dijon mustard

Arugula

Instructions

Top 1 egg half, cut-side up, with the turkey, folding the slice to fit. Top with the tomato.

Spread the cut side of the remaining egg half with the mustard. Arrange the arugula on top of the mustard. Top the tomato slices with the egg half, arugula-side down. Secure the sandwich with a toothpick.
