Store-bought guacamole (no oil or sugar)

6 Tbsp

Cooked frozen shrimp

12 medium

Cilantro

1 Tbsp, coarsely chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the phyllo shells on a small sheet pan. Bake until lightly browned and very crisp, about 5 minutes.

Spoon ½ tsp salsa into the bottom of each phyllo shell; top each with 1 ½ tsp guacamole and 1 shrimp. Sprinkle the cilantro over the top.
