Up your salsa game with this delightful 10-minute shrimp salsa recipe. Perfect for a big game day or casual entertaining, this dish calls for very few ingredients and requires no cooking. The South American root vegetable jicama brings big crunch to this and is a great vegetable for absorbing all the flavors of the lime, mint and pepper sauce. Try serving this with Belgian endive spears, great for scooping up this salsa. Kick up the heat with more pepper sauce or some red pepper flakes. Cool this down with some chopped mango.
