You cannot beat a 15-minute recipe that can be a main dish, salad topping, or party appetizer. Fresh lemon juice and parsley get a boost from a touch of lemon-pepper seasoning to provide simple yet wonderful flavor for this easy sauté. Have your shrimp peeled and deveined before you leave the store or purchase frozen peeled and deveined shrimp to save time at home. Serve these shrimp hot, warm or cold. Make some for a dinner main and take leftovers to work as a salad protein the next day. Leftover lemony juices make a great dressing.

Uncooked shrimp

Fresh lemon juice

Lemon pepper

Black pepper

Fresh parsley

Instructions

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and set over medium heat; add oil and heat. Add shrimp; sauté 1 minute. Add lemon juice, lemon herb seasoning, salt and pepper; stir to coat shrimp. Sauté until shrimp are bright pink and cooked through, about 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in parsley.

Yields about 3 ounces of shrimp per serving.
