Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425℉.
  2. Place zucchini on a sheet pan and generously coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasoning and stir to combine. Spread into a single layer. Roast until tender and browned in spots, 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Serving size: half of zucchini wedges
