Believe it or not, this flavorful, delicious salad can be ready to go in just seven minutes. The dressing comes together quickly, as all you have to do is whisk the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, store-bought horseradish, salt, and pepper in the bowl you'll serve the salad in. If you happen to have fresh horseradish root on hand, feel free to use that instead. Simply toss in the roast beef, romaine lettuce, and fresh cherry tomatoes, and your salad is ready to go. You can add more substance, bulk, and nutrients by stirring in 1 thinly sliced red bell pepper or using a 5-oz. bag of watercress.
