These delicious wraps take less than 10 minutes to make and require ingredients that you most likely already have in your fridge or pantry. A mayonnaise-onion relish mixture is spread on fat-free flour tortillas, then topped with deli-style roast beef and fresh tomatoes. Roll 'em up and you're set to go! It doesn't get much easier than that. They're the perfect snack or lunch on the go. Want to mix it up a bit? You can easily fill out this wrap with layered foods such as spinach, Boston lettuce, radicchio, and fresh basil leaves. Or feel free to add some zest with diced roasted red peppers.

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together relish and mayonnaise; spread over tortillas.
