Ingredients

plain lowfat yogurt

2 cup(s)

dried chia seeds

2 Tbsp

lemon zest

½ tsp, grated

mixed berries

2 cup(s), (raspberries, blueberries and sliced strawberries)

low-fat ready-to-eat granola cereal

8 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, chia seeds, and lemon zest in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until chia seeds have softened, at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
  2. Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt mixture into each of 4 mason jars or glasses. Top each with 1/2 cup berries and 2 tablespoons granola.
  3. Per serving: generous 1 cup
