Swap in any fresh chopped fruit you have on hand. Add a sprinkling of nuts for extra protein.

Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

2 cup(s)

Dried chia seeds

2 Tbsp

Lemon zest

½ tsp, finely grated

Mixed berries

2 cup(s)

Low-fat granola

½ cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, chia seeds, and lemon zest in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until chia seeds have softened, at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
  2. Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt mixture into each of 4 mason jars or glasses. Top each with 1/2 cup berries and 2 tbsp granola.
  3. Serving size: generous 1 cup
