Celebrate St. Patrick's Day (or frankly any holiday) with this sweet and tangy cabbage salad. It's fast and delicious, a perfect side dish. You'll love the contrast in texture between the cooked green cabbage and uncooked red cabbage. It takes less than 20 minutes to put together and also features Granny Smith apples and sunflower seeds. They're flavored with Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar, then seasoned with a little salt and pepper. All you have to do is toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl and let it hang out for about 30 minutes to let everything meld.
