Fresh fruit makes a great snack but sometimes a change is in order. This refreshing blend of sweet raspberries, juicy peaches and yogurt is just the ticket.
Ingredients

Plain fat free yogurt

6 oz

peach(es)

1 medium, sliced* (about 1/2 cup)

fresh raspberries

½ cup(s), *

vanilla extract

¼ tsp

Splenda 1 Gram of Fiber Granulated, no calorie sweetener

½ tsp, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve. Yields 1 glass per serving.
Notes
*You can also used frozen, unsweetened peaches and raspberries instead of the fresh fruit.For a thicker smoothie, add 1/4 cup of ice cubes before blending.
