Fresh fruit makes a great snack, but sometimes a change is in order. This refreshing combination of sweet raspberries, juicy peaches, and yogurt is just the ticket. You can also used frozen, unsweetened peaches and raspberries instead of the fresh fruit if that's what you have on hand or the fresh fruit at the store isn't ripe enough. This smoothie takes only seven minutes to make since all you have to do is blend all of the ingredients together in your blender. It really doesn't get much easier than that! For a thicker smoothie, simply add 1/4 cup of ice cubes before blending.
Plain fat free yogurt
Splenda Granulated no calorie sweetener
½ tsp, or to taste
1 medium, sliced* (about 1/2 cup)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve. Yields 1 glass per serving.
