Uncooked 99% lean ground turkey

Table salt
½ tsp
Garlic powder
½ tsp
Black pepper
¼ tsp
Reduced-calorie pancake syrup
1 tsp
Uncooked turkey bacon
1 slice(s)
Unpacked brown sugar
¼ tsp
Egg

Reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
Canned adobo sauce
½ tsp
Chipotle chili powder
¼ tsp
Smoked paprika
¼ tsp
Light English muffin
2 muffin(s), toasted
Reduced fat swiss cheese slices

Instructions

Combine turkey, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and syrup in a bowl. Shape into 2 patties. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat, flipping, until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.

Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet with the sugar until crisp. Crumble bacon and reserve for a sandwich topping.

Scramble eggs over medium heat (season to taste).

Combine mayonnaise, adobo, chipotle powder, and paprika in a small bowl and spread over muffin bottoms.

Place a turkey patty on each muffin bottom and top each with half of the eggs and a slice of cheese. Sprinkle each with half the crumbled turkey bacon. Cover with the muffin tops.
