Here's a delicious, satisfying smoothie that comes together in just 7 minutes. It's got a flavor combination of papaya, strawberries, and vanilla yogurt. Also not only does it feature pomegranate seeds (arils), but also fresh pomegranate juice. If you've never done it before, in order to juice a pomegranate, pierce it all over with a small, sharp knife. Place in a zip-close plastic bag, seal, and roll on a work surface until the crackling stops. Cut a corner of the bag and simply drain off the juice. It adds that perfect balance of sweet tartness that's wonderful for any smoothie.

- Place papaya, strawberries, pomegranate juice, and yogurt in blender and puree. Pour into 4 glasses and sprinkle evenly with pomegranate arils.
