unsweetened frozen strawberries

pomegranate juice

fat-free vanilla yogurt

½ cup(s)

pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Place papaya, strawberries, pomegranate juice, and yogurt in blender and puree. Pour into 4 glasses and sprinkle evenly with pomegranate arils.
Notes
To juice a pomegranate, pierce it all over with a small, sharp knife. Place in a zip-close plastic bag, seal, and roll on a work surface until the crackling stops. Cut a corner of the bag and drain off the juice.
