Pomegranate juice is tart, vitamin C-rich, and loaded with antioxidants. Here, it becomes a refreshing summer drink, great after a workout or a long, hot day. After combining the pomegranate juice, lime juice, and grenadine syrup in a pitcher or airtight container, you can cover it up and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. So then all you have to do is add a little bit of seltzer and cool it down with some ice, and this drink is ready for you whenever you may need it. You'll soon find yourself making a large batch to have on hand all the time.

Ingredients

Fruit juice

3 cup(s), pomegranate-flavor (24 fl oz)

Fresh lime juice

½ cup(s)

Grenadine syrup

¼ cup(s), syrup

Seltzer

2 cup(s), sugar-free, raspberry-flavor (16 fl oz)

Instructions

  1. Combine the pomegranate juice, lime juice and grenadine in a large pitcher.
  2. Gently stir in the raspberry seltzer. Serve over ice. Yields about 1 cup per serving.

Notes

Garnish with fresh mint.
