Instructions

Spread the cottage cheese onto the bread slice in an even layer. Season with salt and pepper.

Top the cottage cheese with the tomato slices, then spoon the marinara over the tomatoes. Grate the cheese over the sauce. Season with the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper.
