Pizza with fresh tomato and basil

Add an extra sliced plum tomato and, if you like, top the tomatoes with 1 cup of sliced white or cremini mushrooms.
Frozen pizza crust dough
3 medium, thinly sliced
2 medium clove(s), minced
Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
¼ cup(s), fresh, sliced
- Preheat the oven to 450ºF. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Place the crust on the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the tomatoes on the crust and sprinkle with the garlic. Top evenly with the mozzarella, basil, and oregano; drizzle with the oil. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 8 minutes. Cut into 6 wedges. Yields 1/6 pizza per serving.
