Happy hour is here to stay with our slimmed-down, non-alcoholic piña colada that both adults and kids will love. We used light coconut milk instead of regular, and added fat-free yogurt for a touch of creaminess. Simply blend the milk, yogurt, cubed pineapples, pineapple juice, and ice cubes together until everything is smooth, and your new favorite summertime drink is ready to go. You can use canned pineapple chunks packed in their own juice instead of fresh pineapple or add a shot of rum for an alcoholic version (just keep in mind that both of these options could affect the drink's nutritional value).
