Pesto sauce

Mt. Olive Roasted Peppers, Marinated, Olive Oil & Garlic

Crumbled goat cheese
2½ oz
Store-bought balsamic glaze
1 Tbsp, optional
Instructions

Lightly toast the flatbread.

Meanwhile, in a small blender or mini food processor, blend the cottage cheese and pesto until smooth.

Spread 2 Tbsp of mixture on each flatbread. Top each with 1/4 cup roasted red peppers and 1/2 oz goat cheese. Toast until bread is crispy around edges and cheese melts slightly.

Cut into wedges and drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.
