All you have to do is first stir the peanut powder with a little bit of water until it's nice and smooth. Core and slice the apples, then spread the powder mixture over the apple slices. Top with some bananas and kiwifruit (or basically whatever other fruit you have on hand or your favorite) and some shredded coconut. The sweet and savory combo is irresistible, and it's a great way to use ripe or newly picked apples as a fun snack, appetizer, even dessert. Peanut Butter & Co. Original peanut powder
8 Tbsp
Banana
½ medium, sliced
Kiwifruit
1 medium, peeled & chopped
Unsweetened shredded coconut

Combine peanut powder with water and stir until smooth.
