Enjoy this spin on peanut butter and banana toast for breakfast, a snack, or dessert. Pick it up and eat it as one big piece with your hands, or slice it into several pieces of "sushi."

Ingredients

Frozen pancakes

1 item(s), or homemade, heated (about 40 grams)

WW x Better 'N Peanut Butter Original Peanut Spread

½ Tbsp

Banana

½ small

Unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ tsp

Powdered sugar (confectioner's)

¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. Place the warmed pancake on a piece of wax paper. Using a rolling pin (or tin can), roll the pancake into a larger circle.
  2. Spread the pancake with the peanut butter; top with the banana half. Roll up and press the pancake edges together so they stay wrapped around the banana; dust with the cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
  3. Makes 1 serving.
