PB & Banana Pancake Sushi Roll

Unsweetened cocoa powder
Powdered sugar (confectioner's)
- Place the warmed pancake on a piece of wax paper. Using a rolling pin (or tin can), roll the pancake into a larger circle.
- Spread the pancake with the peanut butter; top with the banana half. Roll up and press the pancake edges together so they stay wrapped around the banana; dust with the cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
