Orange, Strawberry and Kiwi Salad

This colorful salad is exceptionally versatile: Serve it as a side dish, a snack or even for breakfast (make it the night before). It's loaded with vitamin C.
unsweetened orange juice1 Tbsp
orange(s)2 medium, peeled and sliced
strawberries2 cup(s), hulled and sliced
grapes1 cup(s), halved
kiwifruit(s)2 medium, peeled and sliced
mint leaves2 Tbsp, chopped
- In a large nonreactive bowl, combine the orange juice and honey. Add the fruits; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled, at least 1 hour. Serve, sprinkled with mint.
