The beloved Orange Shake of early WW days came close to the frozen treat on a stick we but not close enough. Today’s version achieves that goal. It takes just 5 minutes and 5 ingredients to make. All you have to do is crush the ice in a blender, then add the sherbet, yogurt, milk, and orange juice and purée until it's ready. It'll be one of the healthiest, most delicious shakes you'll ever love.

Fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
Fat free skim milk
Frozen orange juice concentrate
- Crush the ice cubes in a blender (or place them in a zip-close freezer bag, crush them with the back of heavy skillet, and place in the blender). Add the sherbet, yogurt, milk, and orange juice concentrate; puree until smooth. Yields 1 cup per serving.
