Orange Dreamsicle Shake

The beloved Orange Shake of early Weight Watchers days came close to the frozen treat on a stick we but not close enough. Today’s version achieves that goal.

sherbet1 cup(s), orange variety
fat free vanilla frozen yogurt1 cup(s)
fat free skim milk1 cup(s)
frozen orange juice concentrate2 Tbsp
- Crush the ice cubes in a blender (or place them in a zip-close freezer bag, crush them with the back of heavy skillet, and place in the blender). Add the sherbet, yogurt, milk, and orange juice concentrate; puree until smooth. Yields 1 cup per serving.
