Water

Old-fashioned rolled oats

½ cup(s)

Apple

1 small, diced

Ground cinnamon

Chopped pecans

Fat free vanilla Greek yogurt

3 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Bring the water and a pinch of salt to boil in a small saucepan set over medium heat. Stir in the oats. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed and the oats are tender, about 5 minutes. Serve topped with the apple, cinnamon, pecans, and yogurt.
  2. Makes 1 serving (about 3/4 cup of oats plus toppings).
