Ground cinnamon

Chopped pecans (unsalted, raw or dry roasted, no sugar added)

Fat free vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions

Bring the water and a pinch of salt to boil in a small saucepan set over medium heat. Stir in the oats. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed and the oats are tender, about 5 minutes. Serve topped with the apple, cinnamon, pecans, and yogurt.
