Apple, Pecan & Cinnamon Oatmeal
Pears would be equally delicious in this recipe.
Old-fashioned rolled oats
1 small, diced
Fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
- Bring the water and a pinch of salt to boil in a small saucepan set over medium heat. Stir in the oats. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed and the oats are tender, about 5 minutes. Serve topped with the apple, cinnamon, pecans, and yogurt.
- Makes 1 serving (about 3/4 cup of oats plus toppings).
