Sour cream is not just for baked potatoes! We've stirred it up with 3 basic ingredients and love it spooned over potato pancakes, tomato soup, tacos, and more. If you don't have fresh chives, swap in minced shallot, scallions, or red onions. You can also give it a dash of garlic powder instead.
