These pumpkin-spiced treats offer lots of convenience for busy weeks. Simply make and store in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for a couple of months. Each ball delivers not only great taste but also 5 grams of protein. If you’d like to use old-fashioned oats, simply place them (same amount) in a food processor and pulse a few times to break them into smaller pieces.
