Nectarine and Scallion Relish

Sweet and juicy! Serve with chips and veggies or spoon some over your favorite baked or grilled protein.
nectarine(s)3 item(s), medium, finely diced
uncooked scallion(s)¼ cup(s), finely sliced
packed brown sugar⅛ tsp
balsamic vinegar1 Tbsp
- Toss together all ingredients in a medium non-metallic bowl; allow to stand for at least 10 minutes, but 2 hours is best. Yields about 1/4 cup per serving.
