Sweet and juicy! Serve with chips and veggies or spoon some over your favorite baked or grilled protein.
- 3 item(s), medium nectarine(s), finely diced
- 1/4 cup(s) uncooked scallion(s), finely sliced
- 1/8 tsp packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Toss together all ingredients in a medium non-metallic bowl; allow to stand for at least 10 minutes, but 2 hours is best. Yields about 1/4 cup per serving.
