While this recipe serves two people, it is easily doubled or tripled if you’re making them for a crowd. Prepare this just before you are ready to serve since you don’t want the crunchy cereal to go soft. Vary the flavor by swapping out the yogurt or using another fruit in place of the mango. Peaches, pineapples, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries would all be tasty, or even fresh figs when you can find them.
