This six-ingredient, five-minute meal is a play on Mexican fruit cups with chile and lime bundled up in a wrap. It’s refreshing and wonderfully easy to make, making it ideal for hot summer days. You’ll just need a microwave to make it, but you could also heat this wrap under the broiler or in a toaster oven, too. Serve it as a snack, dessert, or light lunch. This version features mango sprinkled with the classic combination of chili powder and fresh lime juice. We’ve added in fresh cilantro and the tangy, rich, slightly salty flavor of feta cheese. You can also use jicama, pineapple, watermelon, and cucumber or any combination of those ingredients.
