Mango(es)

Banana(s)

½ small, sliced

Canned unsweetened light coconut milk

¼ cup(s)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, purée the mango, banana, coconut milk, and 2 tbsp water.
  2. Pour the mixture into 4 (2-oz) ice pop molds. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until frozen solid. Carefully release the ice pops from the molds to serve.
