Making a homemade low-carb pizza crust is easier than you think. This one is made with just five ingredients and zero flour. Instead, it’s loaded with cheese, using a mix of cream cheese, Parmesan, eggs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder for a flavor-packed crust. For the toppings, we’ve kept it traditional with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil. But you can get creative with turkey pepperoni and roasted onions, roasted red peppers, and olives, or even bacon and eggs. For a little kick, sprinkle the pizza with crushed red pepper flakes. If you like your pizza bubbling and browned, finish it under the broiler.
