Instructions

  1. Spread the garlic and herb cheese onto 1 side of each slice of bread. Top one slice with the lettuce, red onion, pickles, and tomato. Season the tomato with the salt and pepper.
  2. Layer the avocado, artichoke quarters, and peppers on top. Place the other slice of bread on top, cheese spread side down.
