Kahlua frozen yogurt tartlets
Fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
¼ cup(s), candied
2 oz, mini chips (1/4 cup)
1 fl oz, ( about 2 tablespoons)
Graham cracker crust
4 oz, 1 mini, from package of (6 mini pie crusts)
2 Tbsp, or prepared chocolate sauce
- Place the frozen yogurt, walnuts, chocolate chips, and liqueur in a food processor. Pulse until just blended, 4–5 times. Be sure not to over process or the ice cream will melt.
- Spoon 1/3 cup of the yogurt mixture into each piecrust. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon chocolate sauce. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours. Yields 1 tartlet per serving.
