Mini graham cracker pie crusts filled with fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt, coffee-flavored liqueur, glazed walnuts, and mini chocolate chips make a delicious treat that’s ready in under 10 minutes. Kahlua, the well-known coffee-flavored liqueur, has been produced in Mexico for over 50 years and is easily recognized by its distinctive yellow and red label. Its complex flavor has undertones of vanilla and chocolate, making it a perfect match for the yogurt and chocolate chips in these tartlets. Candied walnuts can be found in the baking section of most supermarkets. If you can’t find them, regular walnuts will work just as well.
