Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
When you’re ready for fall flavors but the weather is still balmy, put your spiced latte on ice. Almond milk lends creamy silkiness, while pumpkin puree adds incredible richness and body to the drink. A hint of brown sugar rounds out all the flavors.
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Espresso, instant powder
Unpacked brown sugar
Pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp, plus more for optional garnish
Lite whipped topping
- In a 2-cup measuring cup, whisk together the almond milk, pumpkin puree, espresso powder, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice; whisk until the espresso powder dissolves. Pour into a large ice-filled glass; top with whipped topping. Garnish with additional pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
