Instructions

Lightly coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium. Add the egg and cook 3 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Cover the skillet and cook another 1 minute, until the whites are set.

Spread the hummus onto the toast; top with the egg and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the herbs, if using, and the sriracha.
