Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus Bundles
These asparagus bundles—seasoned, bacon-wrapped spears that grill to crisp-tender perfection—would go well with any breakfast main (or lunch or dinner). If you’re looking for super easy, grill some skewered turkey sausage links at the same time. If your sausages are frozen, thaw them before attempting to skewer them.

- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Coat a grill rack with cooking spray. Close the grill lid, and heat the grill to medium-high (about 450°F).
- On a sheet pan or in a bowl, coat the asparagus with cooking spray. Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper; toss well to coat. Divide the asparagus into 4 even bundles; wrap each bundle with a bacon slice.
- Arrange the asparagus bundles, bacon seam side down, on the grill rack. Close the grill lid; grill until the bacon is browned and asparagus is cooked, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
