Apple

1 small, green, peeled, cored, and chopped

Kiwifruit

1 medium, peeled and chopped

Silken tofu

Kale

½ cup(s), lightly packed, chopped

Regular plain soy milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass.
