Ingredients

Peach

2 medium, ripe, peeled, and sliced

Raspberries

12 oz, fresh (or 2 3/4 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries)

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1½ cup(s)

Fat free skim milk

½ cup(s)

Honey

½ Tbsp

Ice cube

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, raspberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and ice cubes in blender and puree. Pour into 4 glasses and serve.
