Who doesn't love tzatziki, the beloved Greek cucumber-yogurt dip? Nothing could be easier than a recipe where all that is required is stirring ingredients together in a bowl.

Ingredients

½ medium, (seedless), cut into 1/4-inch dice

Plain lowfat Greek yogurt

Dill

2 Tbsp, chopped

Ground cumin

Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Per serving: scant 1/3 cup
  2. Stir together all ingredients in serving bowl. Serve or cover and refrigerate up to 4 days.
