Greek Artichoke Dip
Your guests will love this creamy dip with a Greek yogurt base that's filled with chopped artichokes and the fresh, zesty taste of lemon, dill and garlic. You can make it in advance, cover and refrigerate. To prepare the canned artichokes, you'll first want to pour them into a strainer and then transfer them to paper towels. Then, gently blot excess water as much as possible with another paper towel. After this you can coarsely chop the artichokes. Scoop this delicious dip up with fresh vegetables or baked chips.
Canned artichoke hearts, drained
15 oz, rinsed and drained
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp, chopped
Jarred minced garlic
- Coarsely chop artichokes and place in a mixing bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.
