An adult-friendly way to celebrate summer. We used strawberries and apples but pitted, halved cherries and pears are tasty, too.

Ingredients

Low-calorie cranberry juice cocktail

3 cup(s), cold

Table wine

1 cup(s), dry, red

Strawberries

2 cup(s), chopped

Fresh apple(s)

2 medium, chopped

Ground cinnamon

tsp, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a large pitcher; allow to stand for 30 minutes. Place ice in glasses and serve. Yields about 3/4 cup per serving.
