This make-ahead sweet snack is bursting with berry goodness, thanks to the concentrated flavor of freeze-dried strawberries. Enjoy them straight from the freezer; they don’t freeze solid but instead become firmer and slightly chewy.
Ingredients
Fat free whipped topping
8 oz, thawed if frozen
Unsweetened powdered almond butter
¼ cup(s)
Freeze-dried strawberries
1 cup(s), coarsely crushed

Line 12 cups of a mini muffin pan with paper liners (or use a silicone pan).

In a medium bowl, stir together the whipped topping, powdered almond butter, and strawberries until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups. Freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.
