If you’re a fan of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, you’re going to flip for this easy, two-ingredient, fruit-forward snack. The jewel-tone frozen treats are like the best easy ice pops, but made richer with the addition of peanut butter.

Raspberries

In a small bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork until jam-like. Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper. Spoon the raspberries into 4 (2-inch) disks on the prepared pan. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour.

In another small bowl, stir together the peanut butter powder and enough water to achieve a drizzle-able consistency, 1 ½ tbsp to 1 ⅔ tbsp. Remove the pan from the freezer; drizzle the peanut butter over the raspberry disks. Freeze until the peanut butter is firm, about 30 minutes.
