Instructions

Combine graham cracker crumbs, milk, butter, and salt in a medium bowl; press mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch round pie pan.

Stir together chocolate peanut butter powder and water in a large bowl; stir in cream cheese and melted ice cream bar, then fold in whipped topping.

Spoon mixture into pan; freeze 8 hours. Garnish with chocolate syrup just before serving. Slice into 10 pieces; serve.
