On a microwave-safe plate, arrange the frittata and top with the bacon. Microwave on High until the frittata is heated through, 45 seconds to 1 minute.

Layer the frittata, bacon, spinach, and tomato on the bottom half of the bagel. Top with the top half of the bagel.
