Ingredients

Lemon

Honey

½ tsp

Dragon fruit

1 oz, about 1 tbsp chopped

Brewed unsweetened hibiscus tea

2 fl oz

Pomegranate juice

1 fl oz

Gin

1½ fl oz

Soda water

4 fl oz

Instructions

  1. Into a cocktail shaker, squeeze the juice from the 1/4 of a lemon. Add the dragon fruit and muddle thoroughly. Add the hibiscus tea, pomegranate juice, and gin.
  2. Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Cover the shaker and shake 40 times. Double strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with soda water.
