The popular seasoning blend made from sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and poppy seeds turns ho-hum baked chips into a crave-worthy snack. Low-carb, whole-grain tortilla wraps keep things light and make these a fiber-rich snack. The wraps are brushed with beaten egg white, which helps adhere the seasoning and, when baked at a moderate temperature for 15 minutes, gives the chips a crunchy texture. If they don’t seem crisp enough when you take them out of the oven, don’t worry—they get crunchier as they cool. They’ll keep in an airtight container at room temperature for two or three days.

Everything bagel seasoning blend

2¼ tsp, or similar ingredient

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place egg white in a medium bowl; beat with a fork until frothy. Arrange tortillas on a large work surface; brush evenly with egg white. Sprinkle each tortilla evenly with ¾ tsp seasoning. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Arrange wedges on prepared pan. Bake until lightly browned, about 15-17 minutes. Cool on pan before serving.
