Consider this a creamy chutney. It adds robust flavor to so many things. Use it as a dip for crudités or create an elegant canapé by filling hollowed-out, thick-cut cucumber slices with a spoonful. For a snack with loads of flavor, fill celery sticks with the mixture.=
