Ingredients

Unsweetened frozen raspberries

1 cup(s), or strawberries

Dried chia seeds

1 Tbsp

Maple syrup

1 Tbsp

Fresh lemon juice

2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, heat the frozen berries on medium-high until they thaw and soften. With a potato masher or sturdy whisk, mash the fruit until mostly smooth.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Remove from heat. Cool completely to let it thicken. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
  3. Serving = about 2 1/2 tbsp
