Make all of the components ahead of time, and pulling together a breakfast board is a snap. Try offering an assortment of bagels—we topped ours with everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and flaky sea salt. You can arrange everything on a large charcuterie-style board or, if you don’t have one, a sheet pan; the pan’s rim helps hold everything in place and makes transporting the board from kitchen to dining table much easier.
