The addition of yogurt lends a delicious tang and creaminess to these oats– almost like European style-muesli.
- 1/3 cup(s) uncooked old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup(s) unsweetened vanilla almondmilk
- 1/3 cup(s) light artificially sweetened yogurt, blueberry flavor
- 3/4 cup(s) mixed berries
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch table salt
- 1 Tbsp sliced almonds
Combine all ingredients, except almonds, in a medium jar or large glass; stir, cover and refrigerate overnight. Garish with almonds; serve.
